Coal Range Baking at Highwic.

Experience the smells and tastes of a Victorian kitchen at Highwic on our coal range baking days.

Watch our coal range volunteers recreate traditional Victorian recipes and modern favourites on the Shacklock coal range in Highwic's 1870s kitchen. You might even get to taste the final product!

We recommend coming along to Highwic between 11 am and 1 pm, as this is when our coal range volunteers are in action in the kitchen.
