Riverhaven Artland is 40 acres of rambling garden, arboretum and sculpture trail just 45 minutes from Auckland CBD. This contoured property has a well-formed trail around thousands of ornamental trees, natives, fruit trees, and beautiful sculptures you can wander around. Each season provides different interest from thousands of bulbs blooming in the spring, hydrangeas putting on a vibrant display in summer and then the trees taking all of the limelight in autumn. 

Riverhaven Artland is owned, managed, and created by Guy Blundell, who started landscaping this property over 20 years ago with the vision of planting an arboretum. This property has been in the Blundell family for nearly 100 years. It was originally run by Guy's parents as a dairy farm and then as a well-known orchard.  

Riverhaven Artland is 40 acres. The entire trail is 3.5km, which takes approximately 1.5-2 hours to walk or tour. Shorter loops/walks are also clearly shown on the trail map provided.
